Interdepartmental Social Interaction Strengthened Through Coffee Workshop
At Ayvalık Vocational School, the
Coffee Workshop and Social Interaction Event organized by Lecturer Gözde Nur
Coşkun Kaya within the scope of the Congress and Fair Management course
received great interest from students.
During the event, students from a
total of four different departments — primarily the Hotel, Restaurant and
Catering Services Department — came together to learn about coffee culture and
coffee preparation techniques. Within the scope of the workshop, students
actively participated in the coffee preparation process and had the opportunity
to gain hands-on experience. The event was enriched with informative
presentations and demonstrations led by Berkant Demirelli.
Throughout the event, students
had the chance to interact with friends from different departments, learn
together, and share experiences. Feedback received from students after the
event showed that the workshop was met with great satisfaction.
We would like to extend our
special thanks to Berkant Demirelli for his valuable knowledge, experience, and
contributions to this meaningful event.
